Botanical Medicine Program
Registration Process:
- Fill out the registration (application form) by clicking the link at item 5 below. But first, please read the following:
- Once you complete the registration, you will automatically be taken to the payment page where you can pay by PayPal or credit card. Registration cost: $3350.00.
- Be sure to click the submit button at the bottom of the registration page when you are finished.

Refund Policies:
- The registration application for 2012 includes a non-refundable $525.00 per student fee that can not be applied to any other class.
- Students not accepted by the school and students who cancel by notifying the school by e-mail no later than March 31 2012 will receive a refund of their payments - minus the $525.00 nonrefundable deposit.
- Please consider your enrollment in this program a serious commitment to the scheduled program weekends.
- There are no refunds made after March 31 2012. We will not offer make-up classes or give credit to another class.
- There no exceptions to our refund policy.
