Easy Payment Plan

You are selecting to enroll in the 2012 Botanical Medicine Program using the Easy Payment Plan. The payment schedule is listed below. The registration process will bring you to our Student Application Form (please fill out the form and press the submit button at the bottom). You will then be directed to the payment page. Complete the payment and your application is then complete.

Summary of Easy Payment Plan

$3600.00 - paid in 6 installments:
1. $600.00 made by April 1, 2012 - payable upon registration.
2. $600.00 made by May 1, 2012
3. $600.00 made by June 1, 2012
4. $600.00 made by July 1, 2012
5. $600.00 made by August 1, 2012
6. $600.00 made by September 1, 2012
After initial payment, fill out and mail authorization form for the subsequent automatic credit card payments.
Payment Plan may only be made with automatic credit payments.
No refunds will be made.
Students must be current with all payments to attend class.
If you choose to join the Easy Payment payment plan after Sept 15, 2011 - the initial payment will be the total of all the payments due by the date of enrollment.
Example: if you join Nov 17, 2011 - the initial payment will be 1050.00

Refund Policies:

Payments include a non-refundable deposit of $600.00.
We will make no refunds after March 31, 2012. We will not make refunds or offer make-up sessions for any classes missed by the student
