- Once your registration and payment has been received,
you will recieve a confirmation e-mail with with instuctions on how to link to the web conferencing site.
- Our conferencing system will call you on the telephone number you provided.
- The telephone connection will start 10 minutes before the actual class starts.
- Once the class starts - participants voice connections will be muted so that the instructor can present without background noise.
- You will be able to ask questions during the presentation by typing into a comment box on the internet web conference site.
- At the end of the class, the phones will be unmuted for a question and answer period.
